Job summary

TeamCraft Roofing in Savannah, GA is seeking a Staff and Direct Sales Team leader to drive profitability and growth in line with our vision and values. You will nurture customer relationships, lead the sales force, and execute a comprehensive market strategy to expand in assigned territories.

The role requires developing plans, analyzing markets, and maintaining accurate sales records, with travel across multiple service areas to acquire and close roofing projects.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or 4–6 years related experience in Sales Management.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Center Point, Salesforce and Raken.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business materials; write reports and present information.

Responsibilities

• Acquire sales analysis of assigned geographic area and target service department roofing sales.
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy to achieve goals and profitability.
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets in the territory.
• Review market analyses to determine customer needs, sales potential and pricing schedules.
• Analyze sales statistics to determine potential and performance.
• Lead and develop all Sales Team activities in the assigned market.
• Plan strategies to expand the customer base in the geographic areas.
• Coordinate pricing for quoted work outside MSAs.
• Represent Company at trade associations and meetings to promote services.
• Maintain records of pricing, sales, and activity reports for the Sales Team.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and ethics; communicate them within the team.
• Develop and update marketing and sales materials and product knowledge.
