Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 4–6 years in Sales Management or equivalent.
• Fluent knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, CenterPoint, Salesforce, and Raken.
• Knowledge of office procedures and standard equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret business materials and regulations.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to present information to employees, managers, and customers.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Willingness to travel and work with diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales analysis for the geographic area and target service department roofing sales.
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy to meet service sales goals.
• Initiate action plans to penetrate new markets in the service territory.
• Review market analyses to determine customer needs, sales volume, and pricing.
• Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential.
• Oversee all sales team activities in the assigned market.
• Establish plans to expand the customer base in the geographic areas.
• Use estimating channels to price out-of-MSA work.
• Represent the company at trade associations and meetings.
• Maintain records of pricing, sales, and activity reports from the sales team.
• Adhere to company policies and ethics; communicate them within the team.
• Develop and maintain marketing and sales materials and current product knowledge.
