The Service Manager will lead the local branch, selling work, driving growth, and delivering a positive customer experience while managing field staff, estimates, scheduling, and billing. Travel statewide is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with five years in commercial roofing.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation methods.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Willingness to travel statewide (~60%).

Responsibilities

• Lead the local operation and develop careers of field employees.
• Sell work and grow operations while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Manage estimation, project management of service jobs, scheduling, paperwork and billing.
• Ensure OSHA and TeamCraft Safety demands are followed on all jobsites.
• Oversee every job from purchase order receipt through final completion and billing.
• Maintain dispatch board and ensure work orders close within 30 days of dispatch.
• Conduct weekly meetings, toolbox talks, and field inspections to uphold safety and quality.

Education
