Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or four to six years of related experience in sales management.
• Fluent knowledge of computer software applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Center Point, Salesforce, and Raken.
• Ability to read, analyzes, and interpret general business material and to write reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Acquire Sales Analysis of assigned geographic area and target service department roofing sales (service sales under $100,000).
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy to attain service sales goals and profitability.
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets in your service territory.
• Review market analyses to determine customer needs, sales volume potential, and pricing schedules to meet company goals.
• Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential and inform strategy.
• Develop and oversee all sales team activities in the assigned market.
• Establish plans to expand the customer base in the geographic areas.
• Use pricing channels to secure quotes outside MSAs.
• Represent Company at trade associations and conventions.
• Maintain records of pricing, sales, and activity reports.
• Adhere to company policies and communicate them to the team.
• Develop and maintain marketing and sales materials and product knowledge.
