The role emphasizes building long-term relationships with new and existing customers through strategic sales planning and market development. You will oversee sales analysis, develop territory plans, and coordinate pricing for special projects, while representing the company at trade associations and maintaining rigorous records.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in sales management or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience in sales management or equivalent.
• Ability to travel and work with diverse client base.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret business documents.
• Ability to develop business plans and market strategies.

Responsibilities

• Acquire Sales Analysis of assigned geographic area and target service department roofing sales.
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of service sales goals and profitability.
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets in your service territory.
• Review market analyses to determine customer needs, sales volume potential and pricing schedules.
• Analyze Sales statistics to determine sales potential.
• Responsible for development and performance of ALL Sales Team activities in assigned market.
• Establish plans and strategies to expand customer base in the assigned geographic areas.
• Utilize appropriate estimating channels to secure pricing for work outside a pre-established MSA.
• Represent Company at trade associations and meetings promoting Company Services.
• Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
• Develop and maintain marketing and sales material and current product knowledge.
