• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; travel willingness.
• Proven track record in achieving sales goals and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Acquire sales analysis of assigned geographic area and target service department roofing sales.
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy for market attainment of service sales goals.
• Lead development of action plans to penetrate new markets in the service territory.
• Review market analyses to determine customer needs and pricing schedules.
• Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential.
• Responsible for development and performance of all sales team activities in the market.
• Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the area.
• Represent the company at trade associations and meetings to promote services.
• Maintain accurate records of pricing, sales, and activity reports.
