Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; 4–6 years in Sales Management or related field.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and CRM tools (Salesforce).
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business data and market information.
• Ability to write reports and present information to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Acquire sales analysis of assigned geographic area and target service department roofing sales.
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy to attain service sales goals and profitability.
• Penetrate new markets in the service territory with action plans.
• Review market analyses to determine customer needs and pricing to meet company goals.
• Analyze sales statistics to determine potential and set targets.
• Develop and perform all sales team activities in the assigned market.
• Expand customer base with strategic plans and market outreach.
• Use appropriate estimating channels for pricing out-of-scope work.
• Represent the company at trade associations and meetings for promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of pricing, sales, and activity reports.
