Westlake is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Account Manager to drive growth across the HOA sector, top roofing contractors, architects, and consultants in the Northwest and Northern California. The role is field-based with significant travel to develop relationships and promote Westlake roofing solutions.

The position focuses on expanding market share, promoting a full roofing portfolio including DaVinci Roofscapes, Unified Steel, Newpoint Concrete and US Tile, and meeting regional sales

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in a related sales/account mgmt role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Target HOAs, top roofing contractors, architects, and consultants in the assigned territory.
• Grow Westlake business by identifying and closing new opportunities and expanding wallet share.
