Job summary

Westlake is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Account Manager to drive growth for our roofing portfolio across Florida. This field-based role focuses on building strong relationships with HOAs, top contractors, architects, and roofing consultants to promote Westlake's premium roofing solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree, and proven sales and presentation skills. Travel up to 70% is required to cover the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of related sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, detail oriented.
• Enthusiastic self-starter with good interpersonal skills.
• Good presentation skills and ability to speak in front of groups.
• Working knowledge of MS Office including Teams and Outlook 365.
• Experience with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Proactively call on HOAs, top-tier contractors, architects, and consultants in the assigned territory.
• Drive growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding wallet share.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling and networking.
• Present and demonstrate Westlake roofing systems to stakeholders.
• Monitor regional market trends and provide feedback to teams.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers and support teams for project execution.
