Westlake Chemical is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Account Manager to drive growth for our roofing and building products across the assigned region. The role focuses on building relationships with HOAs, top roofing contractors, architects, and consultants, promoting Westlake's roofing solutions.

The ideal candidate is based in Florida, will travel frequently, and collaborate with Territory Managers and internal teams to deliver projects and expand market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years work experience in a related role preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~70% and be away from home.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Teams and Outlook 365.
• Experience with Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Proactively call on and develop relationships with HOAs, top-tier roofing contractors, architects, and roofing consultants in the territory.
• Drive growth by identifying and securing new opportunities and expanding wallet share with existing accounts.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outreach and planning.
• Present and demonstrate Westlake roofing systems to stakeholders.
• Monitor regional trends and provide feedback to regional and national teams.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers, marketing and technical support for successful projects.
