Job summary

Westlake is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Account Manager to drive growth for our premium roofing and building products across the assigned region. This field-based role focuses on building strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Homeowners Association (HOA) sector, top roofing contractors, architects, and roofing consultants.

The successful candidate will proactively promote Westlake's innovative roofing solutions, expand market share, and generate new business opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years of work experience in a related role preferred.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously; detail oriented.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to speak in front of groups.
• Experience with Salesforce and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Targeted outreach and relationship building with HOAs, top-tier contractors, architects, and consultants in the territory.
• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding product adoption.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and account planning.
• Present and educate stakeholders on Westlake's roofing solutions and value propositions.
• Monitor regional market trends and provide feedback to regional and national teams.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers, marketing, and technical support for successful project execution.
