The ideal candidate will manage a robust sales pipeline, expand product adoption, and collaborate with internal teams. 70% travel is required; ideal siting in the DFW area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years in related role preferred.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel 70%.

Responsibilities

• Target HOAs, roofing contractors, architects, and consultants in the territory.
• Drive growth by identifying opportunities, increasing product specification and adoption.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outreach and planning.
• Promote Westlake’s roofing systems to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor regional market trends and competitive activity; provide feedback to teams.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers, sales, marketing and technical support for successful projects.
