Westlake Chemical Corporation is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to drive growth in the HOA sector and top roofing contractors across the assigned region. This field-based role focuses on building strong relationships with key decision-makers and promoting Westlake's roofing portfolio, including DaVinci Roofscapes and US Tile.

The ideal candidate will manage a robust sales pipeline and collaborate closely with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years related work experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking and detail orientation.
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation skills in front of groups.
• MS Office suite knowledge (Teams, Outlook 365).
• Experience with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build relationships with HOAs, top contractors, architects, and consultants.
• Identify and secure new opportunities to grow Westlake's portfolio.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline via outreach and planning.
• Promote Westlake roofing systems and educate stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to regional teams.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers, sales, marketing, and technical support.
