Qualifications

• Minimum of five to seven years work experience in a related role is preferred.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, detail-oriented.
• Good presentation skills and ability to speak comfortably in front of groups.

Responsibilities

• Proactively call on and develop relationships with Homeowners Associations and contractors.
• Drive overall Westlake business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling and outreach.
