Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts for Roofing to own large multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contracts. This remote role targets roofing contractors with multiple markets and locations, where one signed deal covers the entire group.

You will manage end-to-end negotiations, engage with owners and regional leaders, and drive expansion across locations and services. A proven track record in enterprise sales and roofing industry is expected.

Qualifications

• A track record of closing large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into roofing groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Preference for closing over managing people.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for large multi-location deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand by adding more locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate on proposals with strategists and leadership for key deals.
