Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to roofing groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefer closing business over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle on large deals from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leads at the table.
• Expand with more locations and services after a deal signs.
• Collaborate with strategists to build compelling proposals for key opportunities.
