Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts for Roofing to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contracts. This is an individual contributor role with full ownership of the sales cycle across multiple markets and locations.

You will close high-value enterprise deals, collaborating with roofing contractor owners and regional operators, while expansion opportunities follow signed agreements. This role is remote (USA or Canada) with a $2M annual quota.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annual deals in multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to roofing groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle on large multi-location roofing accounts from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Negotiate with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders to sign multi-market deals.
• Expand with adding locations and services after a group signs.
• Coordinate proposals with strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
