Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts for Roofing to own our largest multi-location deals. You will manage end-to-end cycles from discovery through signed contracts, targeting roofing contractors operating across several markets.

With a $2M annual quota and inbound leads, you will close complex, multi-stakeholder deals, coordinating with ownership and marketing leaders across locations. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

Qualifications

• Proven record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to roofing groups or multi-location marketing agencies is preferred.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle sales from discovery to close on multi-location roofing deals.
• Engage owners, regional operators and marketing leaders in negotiations.
• Manage deals spanning several markets; expand to additional locations and services.
• Collaborate with strategists to prepare proposals for key accounts.
