Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts for Roofing to own the largest multi-location deals from the initial meeting through signed contracts. This remote, individual-contributor role targets roofing groups across several markets, where one win covers many locations.

You will handle full-cycle sales for multi-location contractors, coordinate with owners and regional leaders, and drive expansion across locations and services after signing.

Qualifications

• Experience selling large, multi-location enterprise accounts.
• Ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record of closing $1M+ annual deals.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle on large roofing deals from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Sell to owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders across multiple locations.
• Expand: add locations and services after group signings.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership on proposals for key deals.
