Qualifications

• Record of closing $1M+ annual for large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Sales experience targeting roofing groups or marketing/agency services to multi-location buyers.
• Long consultative sales cycles with several decision makers; not suited for high-volume, single-location sales.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders in decision making.
• Expand: add more locations and services once a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build proposals for the deals that matter most.
