Accenture seeks a Robotics Services Sales Senior Manager to originate, shape and close robotics automation opportunities within its Physical AI portfolio. The role requires deep robotics specialization, and the ability to lead sales across accounts with operations, engineering, delivery, and partners.

The candidate will own standalone robotics pursuits or lead the robotics domain within broader transformations, working with account teams and ecosystem partners to craft credible client solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• 8+ years in technology sales, robotics or automation services.
• 3+ years focused on robotics, automation or advanced manufacturing services.
• Proven record of originating and closing robotics/automation engagements.
• Experience selling consulting, integration or managed services.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute robotics-services sales strategies across priority accounts.
• Build and manage a pipeline across robotics and automation offerings.
• Identify opportunities based on labor, throughput, quality and costs.
• Lead cross-functional pursuits with operations, engineering and executives.
• Shape value cases, proposals, negotiations and delivery transition.
• Collaborate with partners and solution architects to scope scalable roadmaps.
• Convert pilots into repeatable robotics offerings and services.
