Accenture in Kirkland, WA seeks a Robotics Services Sales Senior Manager to originate and close robotics automation opportunities within our Physical AI portfolio. You will collaborate with account teams, solution architects, and delivery groups to craft credible, scalable client solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in technology sales with robotics focus, strong ties to operations and engineering leaders, and a history of moving engagements from discovery to signed work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience across technology sales, robotics, automation consulting, or warehouse solutions.
• At least 3 years focused on robotics, automation, autonomous systems, or advanced manufacturing services.
• Proven record of originating and closing robotics or automation engagements with complex stakeholders.
• Experience selling consulting, solutioning, integration, or managed services beyond hardware.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a robotics-services sales strategy across priority accounts and industries.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline across industrial robotics, AMRs/AGVs, vision, and automation.
• Identify opportunities based on labor constraints, throughput, cycle time, and cost per task.
• Build trusted relationships with operations, manufacturing, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead robotics pursuits from discovery to proposal, negotiations and transition to delivery.
• Serve as robotics-domain sales lead in broader Physical AI pursuits involving digital twins and orchestration.
