Accenture is seeking a Robotics Services Sales Senior Manager to originate, shape and close robotics automation opportunities within its Physical AI portfolio. You will lead high-impact client engagements, shaping strategies, value cases and scalable operating models, partnering with account teams, solution architects and delivery groups to drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience across technology sales, robotics, automation consulting, industrial services, manufacturing solutions, warehouse automation or supply chain technology.
At least 3 years focused on robotics, automation or advanced manufacturing services.
Demonstrated track record of originating and closing robotics/automation engagements with complex stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a robotics-services sales strategy across priority accounts and industries.
Build and manage a qualified pipeline across industrial robotics, AMRs/AGVs, mobile manipulation, vision systems and related services.
Identify opportunities based on labor, throughput, quality, safety and cost metrics.
Lead cross-functional pursuits with operations, engineering, delivery, and finance teams.
Create executive presentations, proposals, and demonstrations connecting robotics capabilities to business outcomes.
Develop go-to-market motions and co-sell opportunities with robotics OEMs and ecosystem partners.
Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecast accuracy and pursuit governance.
Convert successful engagements into repeatable offerings and scalable client programs.
