Job summary

Accenture is seeking a robotics-focused leader to drive innovation across global clients. You will architect and implement scalable robotics solutions, ranging from autonomous devices to AI-powered service platforms, coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering PoC to production.

The role demands hands-on expertise in ROS2, simulation environments, and Physical AI, with a strong emphasis on architecture and client collaboration. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in robotics, consulting, or software projects with a strong technical focus.
• Solid experience with modern robotics stacks: ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion, and simulation environments (Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, MuJoCo, Gazebo).
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Physical AI and foundation model technologies (VLA architectures, robot policy fine-tuning, imitation learning, sim-to-real).
• Experience with synthetic data generation and world models for scalable robot training.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for robotics innovation projects, including architecture design and integration for global clients.
• Develop scalable Physical AI architectures focusing on autonomy and real-time systems, with scalable simulation.
• Manage interdisciplinary delivery teams (3–10 people) through PoC, pilot, and production rollout.
• Run technology benchmarks, venture screenings, and establish robust demo/test setups.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, and Accenture units from roadmap to implementation.
• Contribute to Next-Gen Robotics strategy and partner development.
