Job summary

Accenture seeks a robotics lead to steer innovative projects across AMRs, autonomous drones, and AI-powered platforms. You will architect scalable Physical AI, focus on real-time systems, and guide cross-functional delivery teams through PoC, pilot, and production rollout.

You will collaborate with clients and industry units, shaping roadmaps and partner development while advancing the Next-Gen Robotics strategy and demos. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of robotics, consulting, or software project experience with a strong technical focus.
• Solid experience with ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion, and simulation environments.
• Hands-on with Physical AI and foundation model technologies, including sim-to-real transfer.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership of robotics innovation projects, including architecture design and integration.
• Develop scalable Physical AI architectures focusing on autonomy and real-time systems.
• Manage interdisciplinary delivery teams (3–10 people) across PoC to production rollout.
• Execute tech benchmarks, venture screenings, and robust demo/test setups.
• Coordinate with clients/partners and contribute to tech roadmaps and internal enablement.
