Job summary

RTX seeks a Risk & Opportunity Project Manager for the Land and Air Defense Systems portfolio, onsite in Andover, MA. You will lead R&O across multiple life cycle phases, and drive PM plans with cross-functional teams. Strong EVMS/EVM discipline and a US Secret clearance are required.

The role emphasizes rigorous analysis, effective communication, and collaboration with internal partners. Travel ~10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years relevant experience; or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with risk and opportunity (R&O) management.
• Experience with program management tools EVMS, EACs, IMP/IMS.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and management of all program risk and opportunity across life cycle phases.
• Execution of R&O reporting and analysis.
• Perform meaningful analysis and effective communication to drive predictable results.
• Regular interface with internal partners across Raytheon.
• Engage in cross-functional partnerships within a matrixed team of PMs, PIs, and IPTLs.
• Travel approximately 10% for customer, company, and program activities.
