Job summary

RTX is seeking a Control Account Manager in Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) to provide day-to-day CAM support across programs, including international ones. You will engage with PMs and functional leads, perform detailed analysis, and produce EVM reports and schedules. An active DoD Secret clearance is required.

The role is onsite at Lowell St, Andover, MA, with strong emphasis on PM best practices and cross-functional teamwork. Expect exposure to EVMS, EACs, and IMS processes.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
• Raytheon EVMS Certification or ability to obtain certification within 3 months.
• Experience with material management processes.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with program management (PM) and functional leads.
• Perform meaningful analysis and effective communication to drive predictable results.
• Operate computer-based programs and tools including Microsoft Excel and APEX to perform detailed analysis, develop formulas, pivot tables, reports and schedules.
• Complete monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs.
• Provide EVM reporting and analysis, execute resource planning, facilitate EAC and LRE input.
