Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Control Account Manager in the US. This onsite role supports PM execution, performs EVM inputs, and provides comprehensive EVM reporting and resource planning.

The position requires a degree or equivalent experience, DoD security clearance eligibility, and strong MS Office skills for analytics and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with program management (PM) and functional leads.
• Perform meaningful analysis and effective communication to drive predictable results.
• Operate computer-based programs, tools, and applications, to include Microsoft Excel and Achieving Process Excellence (APEX), to perform detailed analysis, develop and utilize advanced formulas, pivot tables, reports, charts, schedules, and databases.
• Complete monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs.
• Provide EVM reporting and analysis, execute resource planning, facilitate Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) input.
