Job summary

RTX Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) in Andover, MA seeks a Risk & Opportunity Project Manager to support the Product Support portfolio. You will lead program R&O across life cycle phases and engage with the program team to drive PM plans and business objectives.

The role requires a university degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years, and the ability to obtain a US Secret clearance. Travel approx. 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience
• Experience with program risk and opportunity (R&O) management process
• Experience with project management fundamentals across cost, schedule, and performance metrics

Responsibilities

• Lead risk and opportunity across production and sustainment life cycle phases
• Execute R&O reporting and analysis to drive predictable results
• Interface with internal Raytheon/RTX partners and cross-functional teams
• Coordinate with Program Integrators (PIs) and IPTLs
• Travel up to 10% for customer, company, and program activities
