Job summary

RTX in Andover, MA is seeking an experienced program management professional for an onsite role focused on contract requirements, budgets, and schedules. You will coordinate with IPTs, Sub-IPTs, CPTs, and program management teams to ensure technical performance and timely execution.

The role requires disciplined use of PM processes, close collaboration across cross-functional teams, and readiness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in program management.
• Experience managing contract requirements, budgets, and schedules.
• Experience with tracking action items and cross-functional teams.
• Strong collaboration across IPTs, Sub-IPTs, and CPTs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between GP Ground Product Line LT and IPT and PMOs.
• Support contract requirements including budget, schedule, and technical performance.
• Apply disciplined program management processes and tools.
• Work closely with IPTs, Sub-IPTs, CPTs, and program management teams.
• Support domestic and international travel as needed.
