RTX is seeking a Program Operations Manager for the LTAMDS program in Andover, MA. You will coordinate schedules across Supply Chain, Subcontracts, Engineering, and Manufacturing, applying CORE and R6 Sigma to optimize operations and costs.

The role demands leadership of cross‑functional teams, budget ownership, and experience with ERP/MRP systems, with eligibility for a DoD security clearance. Onsite work is required at the Andover facility.

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent experience in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Kinaxis, PRISM/CMES) and cross‑functional leadership.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program schedules across Global Supply Chain, Subcontracts, Engineering, Manufacturing, and cross‑functional teams.
• Apply CORE and R6 Sigma practices to Manufacturing Operations strategy.
• Lead cost‑reduction initiatives for recurring production and new business opportunities.
• Contribute operations inputs for bids and proposals; develop production plans and Make/Where strategies.
