Job summary

RTX in Goleta, CA seeks a Program Manager to oversee legacy programs within the Electronic Warfare Systems Portfolio, coordinating across engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and mission assurance.

This onsite role requires U.S. citizenship and a DoD Secret clearance; travel as needed. You will lead PMRs, EACs, TIMs and drive program growth with customers and prime contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Program and/or project management, IPTL, and/or CAM experience.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams, production and/or sustainment programs.

Responsibilities

• Strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all leadership levels.
• Support and present Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Estimate at Completions (EACs), and coordinate customer Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs).
• Coordinate and align interactions, expectations, and transactions between customers and other prime contractors.
• Develop and implement program growth strategies for domestic and international markets.
• Understand and represent customer needs to stakeholders.
• Manage opportunity, cost, quality, schedule, performance and technical aspects.
• Travel as needed to support business engagements.
