Job summary

Sirva Worldwide, Inc. seeks a Proposal & Communications Consultant to partner with Sales and Global Account Management, leading RFP/RFI responses and proposal development. You will create content and presentations, guiding pursuit strategy across cross-functional teams.

You will research opportunities, develop boilerplate materials, and use Loopio, SharePoint, and GenAI to improve responsiveness and win rates. Strong writing and project-management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• Prior relevant experience in marketing, communications, sales or related role
• Preferred minimum 2-year experience in proposal development and RFIs/RFPs
• Strong written communication skills and excellent English grammar
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, deadline-sensitive workload
• Experience developing infographics and illustrations for content
• Organizational skills for managing content, documents, and graphics
• Provide in-depth recommendations to sales while preparing RFPs/RFIs
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to develop proposal strategy
• Ability to organize and manage large, complex writing projects
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision
• Ability to train other team members
• Excellent MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
• Experience with RFP management tools like Qvidian/Loopio
• Experience using GenAI to assist writing

Responsibilities

• Pursuit support: develop proposals, RFP/RFI responses and follow-up
• Develop presentation materials for sales pursuits and account management
• Work with Director Sales Strategy with limited direction
• Early-stage consultation with opportunities and pursuit planning
• Identify effective techniques and win strategies for pursuits
• Research opportunities and provide inside support for client meetings
• Leverage Loopio, SharePoint, CoPilot GenAI for research and responses
• Prepare content and graphics reflecting our value proposition
• Coordinate project plans and deadlines across teams
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and on-time submissions
• Document successful solutions for reuse
