Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking a Proposal Manager to coordinate RFP/RFI/RFQ responses within a VAR environment. You will ingest solicitation materials, organize requirements, assemble the response team, assign content requests, monitor deadlines, and deliver polished, compliant proposals.

The role emphasizes strong writing, editing, organization, and the ability to work independently with multiple contributors. Based in the United States, no direct client interaction is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience coordinating RFP, RFI, RFQ, or other bid responses.
• Strong writing, editing, and document-formatting skills.
• Ability to interpret solicitation requirements and develop response plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned RFP/RFI/RFQ responses in a VAR/tech services environment.
• Assemble internal response teams and assign content requests.
• Monitor deadlines, gather inputs, and ensure compliant, polished deliverables.
• Maintain version control and organize content libraries for future use.
• Write and edit proposal content to improve clarity and alignment with requirements.
• Support pricing, finance, and technical resources to finalize proposals.
• Track amendments and changes, and prepare final proposal packages for submission.
