The ideal candidate has 5+ years in proposal development, excellent writing and editing skills, and experience coordinating cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal development or related fields.
• Proven success leading RFQ/RFP efforts and coordinating teams.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.

• Experience with CRM platforms and proposal management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead firmwide RFQ efforts and manage pursuit schedules.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure accurate, strategic submissions.
• Balance multiple pursuits while maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Edit and assemble resumes, project descriptions, and technical content.
• Maintain proposal resource library and collaborate with marketing.
• Translate complex concepts into client-focused messaging.
