Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking a Proposal Manager to coordinate RFP/RFI/RFQ responses in a VAR environment. You will organize requirements, assign content requests, and assemble polished proposals under the Lead Proposal/Contracts Manager.

Strong writing, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are essential. The role involves cross-functional collaboration across sales, technical, delivery, finance, and operations, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in proposal coordination, RFP/RFI response management, sales support, or related field.
• Strong ability to interpret and organize complex solicitation documents and translate requirements into clear work plans.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and document-formatting skills.
• Experience coordinating contributions from cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RFP/RFI/RFQ and other bid responses under direction of Lead Proposal/Contracts Manager.
• Ingest solicitation documents and create response plans, compliance matrices, and content outlines.
• Assemble response team including sales, technical, finance, and subject matter experts.
• Write, edit, and refine proposal content for clarity, grammar, and compliance.
• Maintain content libraries and ensure timely delivery of compliant proposals.
