Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Business Development Engineer for USSOCOM. You will bridge RF capabilities with SOF requirements and lead field trials and demonstrations across multi-domain environments.

The role involves travel up to 50% and remote work options depending on location, with security clearance requirements and collaboration across engineering and business development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SDRs, IP routing, and tactical communications systems.
• Working knowledge of RF test equipment and lab practices.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate technical capabilities and field-readiness of StreamCaster radios.
• Support USSOCOM acquisition stakeholders and Component Commands.
• Plan networks, configure systems, and run field trials and evaluations.
• Translate field feedback into product roadmap inputs.
