Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a leading provider of MANET and MIMO communications, is seeking a Business Development Engineer, USSOCOM, to bridge RF capabilities with Special Operations customer requirements.

Reporting to the Director of Applications Engineering, you will support field trials, demonstrate interoperability, and help shape product roadmaps across multi-domain environments; travel up to 50% with a 100% remote option depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related C5ISR field with 2–5 years of experience.
• Security clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• US citizenship required due to government contracts.
• All employment contingent on background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Help analyze USSOCOM capability gaps and map needs to radio solutions.
• Plan and support field trials, modernizations, and user evaluations.
• Collaborate to verify architectures are technically sound.
• Support business development with technical needs and priorities.
• Develop demonstrations for low-signature, resilient, tactical edge needs.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and end-to-end testing.
• Travel to customer sites and laboratories as needed.
