Job summary

Coupa Software Inc. in Dallas seeks a senior leader for Revenue Operations to align go-to-market teams and optimize revenue performance.

You will partner with senior sales leaders to drive operational efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and data-driven decision making across the Revenue organization. The role focuses on Go-To-Market execution, demand planning, quota setting, and cross-functional process improvement while mentoring the Revenue Operations team to build a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 5-8 years in Revenue, Revenue operations, Sales Strategy or Business Operations.
• 5+ years in the software industry and cloud platform businesses; B2B/SaaS experience.
• Experience with Salesforce, Clari, Excel; Tableau a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior sales leaders from strategy to execution.
• Implement and execute the Coupa Revenue Operating Model.
• Lead and counsel sales leaders to drive business objectives.
• Drive territory planning and quota setting with cross-functional teams.
• Develop processes to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and revenue metrics.
• Mentor Revenue Operations team and build high-performance culture.
