Coupa Software Inc. is seeking a Sr Revenue Strategy & Readiness Director to architect our global go-to-market engine. You will own GTM infrastructure, including GSR and QAM, and partner with HR, FP&A, Sales, and IT to drive annual planning and system configurations.

This role blends design thinking with hands-on data modeling, shaping Coupa's growth trajectory. You will lead cross-functional efforts, ensure data integrity, and provide analyses during M&A activities, while collaborating with IT

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, FP&A, or GTM Systems in B2B SaaS.
• Has run annual territory/quota-setting cycles.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Govern Coupa's GTM infrastructure and drive annual planning cycles.
• Own Global Sales Roster (GSR) and Quota Allocation Model (QAM).
• Maintain sources of truth for headcount, territory mapping, and bookings forecasting.
