Job summary

OneDigital in Orlando is seeking a seasoned Retirement Plan Relationship Manager to nurture and grow assigned client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term value.

You will design plan solutions, advise on regulatory updates, monitor ERISA compliance, and coordinate with internal experts to deliver fiduciary guidance. The role requires 5+ years in retirement plans, strong communication, CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field (preferred) or relevant retirement-plan experience.
• 5+ years of retirement plan experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• CRM experience, Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of assigned client relationships with plan sponsors.
• Develop and execute a customized relationship strategy that aligns with each client’s situation.
• Foster open communication and act as primary contact for retirement plan matters.
• Proactively address client concerns to ensure satisfaction with OneDigital’s services.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to design and implement retirement plan solutions.
• Provide ongoing support on investment management options and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate regular plan reviews to ensure ERISA compliance and IRS testing requirements.
• Offer expert consultation on regulatory updates impacting client plans.
• Utilize plan statistics to identify areas for improvement and client satisfaction.
