Job summary

OneDigital Investment Advisors LLC is seeking a senior retirement plan consultant to manage and grow a book of clients. You will design plan structures, foster sponsor relationships, and communicate OneDigital's value proposition to prospects and existing clients.

You will work with service teams to ensure exceptional client experiences and long-term retention. The role requires strong ERISA knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to lead meetings and manage complex plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retirement plan consulting and/or sales.
• Strong understanding of ERISA regulations and fiduciary best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
• Must be licensed to allow registration as an IAR of OneDigital Investment Advisors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a book of retirement plan clients and cross-sell OneDigital services.
• Lead client meetings, plan reviews, and sponsor communications with internal specialists.
• Provide retirement plan consulting, benchmarking, and fiduciary guidance.
• Coordinate with service teams to deliver high-quality client experience and retention.
• Maintain CRM data and navigate regulatory changes affecting plans.
