Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Senior Retirement Plan Consultant in Phoenix to manage and grow a book of retirement plan clients, design plan structures, and strengthen sponsor relationships. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive long-term retention.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in retirement plan consulting or sales, deep ERISA knowledge, and outstanding communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retirement plan consulting and/or sales experience.
• Strong understanding of ERISA regulations and fiduciary best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a book of retirement plan clients; design plan structures and communicate OneDigital value to clients.
• Develop and execute client relationship strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver consulting services and ensure high-quality client experience.
