OneDigital Investment Advisors seeks a senior retirement plan consultant to manage and grow a book of retirement plan clients. You will design plan structures, foster sponsor relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and long-term retention.

The role emphasizes consulting across plan design, benchmarking, and fiduciary guidance, with engagement in industry events and ongoing regulatory awareness. Travel up to 25% is required.

Formación

• Growing track record of success in retirement plan consulting and/or sales.
• Strong understanding of ERISA regulations and fiduciary best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work and make decisions independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• CRM discipline with pipeline management; Salesforce preferred.
• Proven success with multitasking and prioritization.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment.
• Continual learner mentality, able to adopt new solutions and interpret new laws for clients.
• Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive client information and data.
• Regular and predictable attendance; travel up to 25%.
• Must be licensed to register as an IAR of OneDigital Investment Advisors.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow a book of retirement plan clients with senior ownership.
• Design and implement retirement plan structures and fiduciary guidance.
• Build trusted sponsor relationships and articulate OneDigital value.
• Coordinate with service teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Lead client meetings, reviews, and sponsor communications with internal specialists.
• Maintain continuity of client relationships through team changes.
