OneDigital is seeking a seasoned Retirement Plan Relationship Manager to build and manage relationships with retirement plan clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term value. You will leverage expertise in plan design, ERISA compliance, and OneDigital offerings to advise clients and identify cross-sale opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years retirement plan related experience.
• Strong understanding of ERISA regulations and fiduciary best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of assigned client relationships, collaborating with plan sponsors to understand needs and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to design and implement retirement plan solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular plan reviews and provide expert consultation on regulatory updates and fiduciary best practices.
