Job summary

Bvlgari is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition professional to lead full-cycle recruitment for its North American Retail network. You will partner with Retail leadership to align hiring with business priorities, build proactive talent pipelines, and ensure a superior candidate experience.

Candidates will bring 5+ years in TA, strong sourcing, interviewing, and market intelligence skills, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms to support growth across the U.S. and Canada.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Talent Acquisition or related field.
• Experience recruiting for Retail or consumer luxury brands preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Retail roles across the U.S. and Canada.
• Partner with Retail leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and provide structured recommendations.
• Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits on offer proposals.
• Maintain talent pipelines through market mapping and exploratory interviews.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement.
