Job summary

BVLGARI is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition partner to drive the attraction, identification, and acquisition of top talent for its North America Retail network, including new store openings. You will work with Retail leadership and HR Business Partners to align priorities, market insights, and hiring strategies to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within fast paced retail or related industry.
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting across different levels of a Retail organization.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Retail positions across the U.S. and Canada, including new store openings, from intake meetings and sourcing to candidate selection, offer negotiation, and hiring.
Partner with Retail leadership and HR Business Partners to understand business priorities, organizational structures, and hiring needs.
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality talent.
Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments, providing structured recommendations.
Partner with Compensation & Benefits to ensure competitive and internally aligned proposals.
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through market mapping and exploratory interviews.
Monitor recruitment metrics, ensure accurate reporting, and leverage data for continuous improvement.
