Job summary

BVLGARI in North America is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition partner to drive attraction, identification, and acquisition of top talent across the Retail network. You will partner with Retail leadership and HRBPs to shape hiring priorities, pipelines, and market intelligence, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience aligned with BVLGARI's values.

Responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment for U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in fast-paced retail.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across retail levels.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment platforms.
• Knowledge of recruitment KPIs, market mapping, and talent pipelining.
• Understanding employment regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Retail positions across the U.S. and Canada.
• Partner with Retail leadership and HRBP to define hiring priorities.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract talent.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits on offers.
• Build talent pipelines through market mapping and interviews.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and report insights for improvement.
