Job summary

BVLGARI MAISON in Miami, FL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Latin America & Caribbean to drive a proactive, high-touch recruiting strategy across retail and corporate roles in the LATAM region.

Based at the Miami corporate office, you will own end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, manage offers, onboarding, and build strong pipelines while reporting recruiting metrics to HR leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Luxury retail or corporate multi-unit hiring experience preferred.
• Based in Miami, FL.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for LATAM roles up to Director level.
• Source and build pipelines for retail and corporate openings across LATAM.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Managers on intake, interview strategies, and debriefs.
• Conduct comprehensive screening and interviews via video, phone, and in-person.
• Manage offers, negotiations, onboarding coordination, and compliance.
