BVLGARI MAISON in Miami, FL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Latin America & Caribbean to drive a proactive, high-touch recruiting strategy across retail and corporate roles in the LATAM region.

Based at the Miami corporate office, you will own end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, manage offers, onboarding, and build strong pipelines while reporting recruiting metrics to HR leadership.

Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist, Latin America & Caribbean is responsible for driving a proactive, high-touch talent acquisition strategy for the Latin American & Caribbean region. Based out of our regional corporate office in Miami, this role focuses on attracting top-tier retail and corporate talent across the region. The position reports to the Director of Human Resources, Latin America & Caribbean.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full-Lifecycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles up to Director level across the LATAM region, ensuring alignment with LVMH talent standards and internal recruitment models.
• Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Research the regional competitive landscape, leverage advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed), and build robust talent pipelines for current and future retail and corporate openings across the Miami, Latin American & Caribbean markets.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Facilitate intake meetings with Hiring Managers and HR Managers, guide interview strategies, and lead debrief sessions to recommend and select best-fit candidates.
• Candidate Assessment & Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive screening and interviews (via video, phone, and in-person) to evaluate competency, cultural fit, and language fluency.
• Offer Management: Partner with Compensation & Benefits on salary benchmarking, manage offer negotiations (including commission and bonus structures), extend offers, and draft employment agreements.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure exceptional communication and candidate care throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including timely status updates and professional feedback.
• Onboarding & Compliance: Oversee background checks, reference checks, and complete all administrative requirements relating to hiring, documentation, and compliance.
• Metrics & Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, open requisition reports, sourcing analytics) and deliver regular reporting to HR leadership.
• Special Projects: Lead recruitment center events for new store openings and participate in regional projects such as Employer Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives.

Profile

KEY COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: 3–5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably within luxury retail, fashion, beauty, or corporate multi-unit environments, managing roles from Coordinator to Director level.
• Language Fluency: Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is strictly required (Portuguese fluency is a strong plus given the LATAM scope).
• Location: Based out of the Miami, FL corporate office.
• Technical Acumen: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital sourcing platforms.
• Core Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, high emotional intelligence, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
